This is an interesting interview with Bear Ride, sister of the departed Sally Ride. Within, she makes the point that politicians on both sides are throwing accolades Sally’s way in the wake of her death, but yet so many of those same politicians have fought against people like Sally and her partner Tam. Bear notes that these politicians need to get their heads right on the issue, because they really can’t have it both ways.
