U.S. Sen. Scott Brown, whose January victory was fueled in part by Tea Party anger, has declined his invitation to join Sarah Palin Wednesday at a large rally on Boston Common. Perhaps this was because a new Fox News Poll shows that the IRS is more popular with Americans that the Tea Baggers.
