Well done, San Antonio City Council. The vote happened just a little while ago, and the ordinance passed by a vote of 8-3. You’ll remember that this ordinance garnered national attention when councilwoman Elisa Chan was secretly recorded making vehemently homophobic statements in a staff meeting.
