Big news in the LGBT movement today: Metro Weekly‘s Chris Geidner, an ace reporter and a superstar in the world of gay journalism, announced that he will take a position with the social news website BuzzFeed next month. Geidner will serve as BuzzFeed’s Senior Political Reporter, where he will continue to aggressively cover LGBT-related political and policy issues, including the marriage equality battles taking shape across the country.
