Portland police released a description of a suspect Thursday in the weekend shootings of two teenage girls who are being mourned in vigils this week across the country.

An eyewitness described the suspect as a white male in his 20s with dark hair standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds.
