From The Hill newsaper:

Rep. Jared Polis (D-Col.), a successful Internet entrepreneur, has offered to help Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga.) track down the staffer who published an anti-gay slur earlier in the week.

Asked Friday how tough it is for Chambliss to locate the culprit, Polis said, “It’s extremely easy.”

“We know which computer it came from — all you need to do is look at the browser history,” Polis told CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Friday. “And if one of them erased their browser history, boom, you’ve figured out who it is.

“It couldn’t be easier,” Polis added. “If they can’t figure it out, I will go down there myself and do it for them.”

The controversy swirls around a bigoted comment — “All [gays] must die” — posted to a gay advocacy blog on Tuesday.
