Nearly 3,000 Focus on the Family supporters ‚Äî mostly CitizenLink readers ‚Äî have sent e-mails to the Radio Hall of Fame, thanking the organization for standing by the election of Dr. James Dobson’s radio program. Some gay activists want the honor taken away from Focus on the Family.
In addition to mobilizing his readers, Dobson is gathering support for his induction into the Radio Hall of Fame among right-wing senators.
